Brie Larson has been going hard in the gym for the past nine months in preparation for her upcoming role as Carol Danvers in Captain Marvel. She’s been working with celebrity trainer Jason Walsh – and her hard work has paid off!
She recently shared a video on Instagram of her banging out pulls-ups with the following caption: “9 months of training really does some stuff to your body."

And just to make sure you all really understand how strong she is, Larson gave us another behind-the-scenes video. This time she’s casually doing weighted push-ups with chains. No big deal!
